Gold News :- Commodity Tips

Gold futures ended marginally higher on Friday, registering its biggest weekly gain in more than a year, as dollar slumped against a bucket of major currencies. Moreover, increasing concerns over rising inflation and slightly weaker US growth readings also provided safe-haven some support.

 

Gold futures for April delivery rose by $0.9, or 0.1 percent, at $1,356.20 per ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold was up by 0.3 percent at $1,348.58 per ounce.
