Commodity Tips :- Crude Oil Futures End Mixed On Thursday

Crude oil futures ended mixed on Thursday, with the global crude benchmark ending slightly lower, but the U.S. benchmark shifting higher in late trading session to hold hit more than three-year highs. Traders followed developments in the Middle East, including the possibility of a U.S. strike on Syria, which have the potential to disrupt the flow of crude in the region. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude got a boost from reports on Thursday afternoon that the Saudis intercepted another missile attack, this time over Jazan. That followed Wednesday’s reports that the Saudis shot down a missile over Riyadh.

Benchmark crude oil futures for May delivery gained 25 cents or 0.4 percent to settle at $67.07 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. June Brent crude declined 4 cents or less than 0.1% percent to settle at $72.02 a barrel on London’s Intercontinental Exchange.
